   Beach badges are required for admission to Belmar’s beaches from:

9:00AM - 5:00PM 

 (Weekdays)


9:00AM - 6:00PM

(Friday, Saturday, Sunday including holidays begining Memorial Day weekend)

 


 

The fee for daily badges is $12 per day - children 13 and under are free. 

 

Seasonal badges are available for $80 and $32 for senior citizens, aged 65 and over with identification verifying age and disabled individuals who meet the disablility criteria (see below).

Daily badges must be ordered via phone/mobile device prior to heading to the booth.

Once ordered, show QR code to booth attendant to receive your wristband and access to the beach.

Belmar also offers FREE beach admission to active members of the military and their families, Gold Star Family members and veterans through “Operation: Thank You.”

Active military members and dependents get on to the beach for FREE when they show Active Military ID.

Gold Star Family Members: A Parent, legal guardian of a member of the Armed Forces of the United States who died while on active duty for the United States get on to the beach for FREE. 

ALL Veterans get on the beach for FREE by showing an ID that identifies them as a veteran

 

Simply, go to belmarbeachbadges.com, select Veterans/Gold Star or Active Military, head to the nearest booth, scan your QR code and show ID and receive your wristband for entry.

Those who do not have access to online ordering can visit Taylor Pavilion during beach hours.

 

 

Badge Sales During The Full Season:

Daily badge booths are located every few blocks along the boardwalk.

  • Weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm.
  • Weekends and holidays from 9 am to 6 pm.
  • Ticket Booths are located at 3rd, 8th, 11th, 14th, 16th and 19th Avenues and at the Beach Office

Seasonal Beach Badge Policy For Disabled Persons:

 

The cost for a Disability Badge is listed above. Disabled individuals who meet the disablility criteria for disability benefits under Title I of the Federal Social Security Act and who possess adequate proof of the same, issued by the Social Security Administration. Criteria needed: A letter from the Social Security Administration or Medicare card along with the individuals identification.


By law, all beach badge revenue is maintained in a separate Beach Utility Account and is used only to fund the direct and indirect costs of operating and maintaining Belmar’s beaches
