Zoning Board of Adjustment Special Meeting

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Belmar Zoning Board of Adjustment will convene a Special Meeting on July 27, 2021 at the Borough Council Chambers / Municipal Court, 601 Main Street, Belmar, New Jersey.  The meeting will start at 6:00 P.M.  At the meeting, the Board will review, discuss, and possibly vote upon certain matters. The tentative agenda, to the extent known, includes the following:

 Adoption of Minutes / Resolutions.    

 Public portion for non-agenda items.

Variance relief associated with a subdivision of a two-family property


 Litigation settlement hearing for Daniel DeFranco

Relief associated with a request to legitimize a 2nd driveway at the site. The request involves a potential appeal of the decision of the zoning Officer, a reconsideration of a prior appeal, the potential request for a determination that the 2nd driveway pre-existed the Borough’s Prohibition of the same, and/or, in the alternative, Variance relief relative to the existing driveway location and Driveway setback.
