NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent, or designated representative, for the Borough of Belmar, County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey, March 16, 2021  at  10:00am  prevailing time, 601 Main Street, 6th Avenue entrance, Belmar, NJ, then publicly opened and read aloud for the following:

 

EMERGENCY MEDICAL THIRD PARTY BILLING AND COLLECTION SERVICES BID

 

Due to COVID-19 protocol, safe distancing and wearing of masks will be required and followed.

 

Specifications and any additional information may be obtained at no charge via email by registering with the Purchasing Office, (732) 681-3700 ext. 231 during regular business hours 9:00AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  BDudas@Belmar.com

 

Bidders that do not have access to a computer can obtain a bid packet in person.  Only bidders that have registered with Purchasing and provided their contact information will be allowed to submit bids.

 

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 (P.L. 1975, Chapter 127) and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. and with N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 (P.L. 1977, Chapter 33), requiring stockholder’s and partnership names.
