Borough of Belmar Annual Halloween Costume Contest and Parade:

Costume registration starts at 4:30 PM inside the recreation gym

judging to start at 5:30 PM winners announced during the trunk or treat trunk or treat will start around 6:15pm  sixth Avenue Borough Hall.

Music provided by Beach Music Rock Band (weather permitting)

Categories for children pre-K to eighth grade:

1) Funniest

2) Scariest

3) Most Original

4) Group: 3 or more in a group, families are welcome to enter
