BELMAR HISTORICAL SOCIETY HOSTS POP-UP HOLIDAY SHOP
The Belmar Historical Society has some suggestions for great, unique gifts for theholidays.The BHS will host a holiday pop-up shop on December 7th and 14 th from 1-3 p.m. at theBHS museum at 900 E Street.The Holiday Pop Up Shop will have available enlarged reproductions of Belmarpostcards; Belmar Memory books Vol. I and II (booklets which include personalmemories recounted by long-time Belmar residents); Vol I and Vol. II Images of Belmar(a pictorial history of Belmar). A reproduction 1895 Belmar map (formerly OceanBeach) is a favorite piece of Belmar history.The BHS is cleaning out their closet and some of the items may be of interest to you,such as vintage Seafood Festival tee shirts; WW I Doughboy tee shirts; an 1889 framedmap of Belmar, vintage holiday post cards and other memorabilia.Other treasures for sale include old bottles and magazines.
