Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting

The Borough of Belmar Zoning Board of Adjustment 2025 meetings will be held at 6:00 p.m. prevailing time on the fourth Thursday of each month with exceptions during months with holidays.

All meetings will be held at the Municipal Complex, 601 Main Street, Belmar, NJ.  Participation by the public at regular meetings shall be at such time as is set forth in the agenda of the meeting at the direction of the presiding officer.
