Affordable Housing Update – December 11, 2025

To all residents from Mayor Buccafusco:
On December 10, Borough representatives met with Judge Bookbinder, our redevelopment attorney and planner, and the two parties objecting to the Borough’s Fourth Round Affordable Housing Plan.

The meeting focused on reviewing outstanding issues and outlining next steps. A follow-up session is scheduled for December 18, 2025.

We will continue to keep residents informed as additional updates become available.
