The Borough of Belmar is now a participant in the Live Where You Work program, created by the New Jersey Housing & Mortgage Finance Agency.  The Live Where You Work Program is a program created by the NJHMFA in an effort to increase home ownership and enhance housing affordability opportunities.  The LWYW program offers homebuying incentives to persons employed within the Borough.

The Borough of Belmar will be holding a home buyer’s fair at a date to be determined.  At this fair you will meet with representatives from NJHMFA and find out information on the program and how to apply.
