Yearly Rentals
A yearly rental application must be submitted along with payment of $125 for each unit. A yearly rental license is valid for three years. If the same tenant continues to occupy after the three years you must apply for a new license and have a new inspection done. Every time you change tenants you must also apply for a new license and inspection.
