This Bureau within the Department of Code Enforcement is responsible for Fire Inspections of all businesses within the Borough of Belmar, on an annual basis, to ensure that they meet all aspects of the New Jersey Uniform Fire Safety Code. Additional areas of accountability include the investigation of all fires within the Borough and fire safety and prevention educational programs.
