Planning Board

The Planning Board hears applications for sub-divisions, site plans, as well as applications for the Seaport Redevelopment and Transit Village. Homeowners within 200 feet of properties being reviewed by the Planning Board are notified of an application and are welcome to voice opinions, concerns or support during the public comment portion of the meeting. The Planning Board is also responsible for the Belmar Master Plan.

Meetings

The Planning Board meets on the 3rd Monday of every month unless otherwise noted. The Workshop meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. and the Regular meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. in the courtroom in the municipal building.
