The Borough of Belmar, County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey shall conduct a sale of surplus property through an online auction.  The address of the auction site is www.govdeals.com.  Said items are no longer needed for public use and are being sold in an “as-is” condition without express or implied warranties.

The online auction will be held on October 7, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. and the surplus property being sold is as follows:  1992 Dodge Dakota, 1987 Chevy Suburban, Thompson Daytona 250 Boat. The Minimum bid is $350.00 for each.

All bidders must pre-register with GovDeals at www.govdeals.com.

The successful bidder shall be required to execute a hold harmless and indemnification agreement.

The Borough of Belmar Mayor and Council reserve the right to accept or reject any bids submitted.
