James Bean – Councilman

James “Jim” Bean spent 4 years with E-4 in the US Marine Corps.  He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from York College of PA in MIS.  He has lived in Belmar for 12 years with his wife Tracy. Him and his wife have two boys, Max and Alex. Currently he works as a MIS Manager for Stavola Companies.
