All Around Fitness with Donna Peart inside the Taylor Pavilion, 9:30am-10:30am, $5 per class.
Meditation with Roseann at the Belmar Library. 11:00am–12:00pm.
“Game Day” at Taylor Pavilion. 12:00pm-3:00pm (Seasonal-Sept 11th- May 6th)
Women's Pickle Ball at Belmar Recreation Gym. Weekly, 1:00pm-3:00pm
TUESDAY:
Healthly Steps with Ginger Decker. 10am-11am inside the Taylor Pavilion
Mobility Strength & Balance with Ercia Coviello. 11:30am-12:30pm at the Taylor Pavilion
Winter Walking at Belmar Recreation Gym. 1:00pm-2:00pm (Nov 14th-April 18th)
WEDNESDAY:
Zumba with Marissa Cirasella. 10am-11am in the Taylor Pavilion. $5 per class
Belmar Pickle Ball at Belmar Municipal Gym. Weekly, 1:00pm-3:00pm
THURSDAY:
Chair Yoga with Brenda at the Taylor Pavilion. 10am-11am $5 per class
Yoga at the Taylor Pavilion: 11:15am-12:15pm $5 per class
