All Belmar Residents urged to register their cell phones for "Code Red" notifications
It is important that all Belmar residents register their cell phones with the Borough’s “Code Red” notification system. Those residents who use Cablevision or FIOS for their home telephone service were not able to receive Code Red notification messages from the Police Department during the outage, because unlike traditional telephone lines (which have their own source of power) their phone service goes out whenever JCP&L’s power goes out. So, even if you usually receive Code Red messages from the Borough, please take a few moments to click here and add your cell phone number(s) (or other secondary phone(s)) to Belmar’s Code Red database. If you don’t use a landline at home — or if you haven’t been receiving Code Red messages from the Police Department lately — it is especially important that you add your cell phone and landline numbers to the Code Red database so that you will receive important alerts. Don’t worry about providing duplicate numbers — the system automatically eliminates duplicates. The online process is easy and only takes a few seconds.
Please click here and do it now.

The registration does not seem to work (at least for me). Keep getting this error message

Validation of viewstate MAC failed. If this application is hosted by a Web Farm or cluster, ensure that configuration specifies the same validationKey and validation algorithm. AutoGenerate cannot be used in a cluster.
thanks!
