Swine Flu Informative Program Presented by Board of Health

On September 29, 2009 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the Belmar Public Library Media Room, the Monmouth County Board of Health will be giving a presentation on Swine Flu. The presentation will explain all the symptoms and causes of swine flu. Also, any questions you may have regarding the swine flu will be answered. All are welcome to attend.

Flu Vaccination Clinic
The Monmouth County Health Department will be administering Seasonal Flu Vaccinations at Borough Hall in the Gym on September 23, 2009 from 1:30-3:00 PM.
FLU/PNEUMONIA immunizations will be offered to anyone over 18 years of age. The cost for Non-Medicare eligible participants will be $23.00 for the flu shot and $28.00 for the pneumonia shot. Eligible Medicare Participants Having Part B (medical) Insurance need just present their Medicare card. NO OTHER INSURANCE IS ACCEPTED.
Please note this is only for a Seasonal Flu Vaccination. The Monmouth County Health Department will be holding separate regional clinics for the H1 N1 (Swine Flu) Vaccination. More information coming soon.
