Take on Belmar's finest lifeguards at the Run-Swim-Run on July 26th

Belmar’s 6th Annual Run-Swim-Run is just around the corner (July 26th), and athletes of all ages are encouraged to take on the challenging course! The race includes a 1/4 mile run on soft sand, a 1/4 ocean swim and a 1/2 mile run on hard sand, for an approximate total distance of 2,000 yards. The Belmar Beach Patrol sponsors the Run-Swim-Run to raise funds for a $1000 scholarship in the name of veteran lifeguard Tim O’Donnell’s late son Adam.

Registration will take place at the Taylor Pavilion from 7-7:45 am, and the race kicks off from 5th Avenue beach at 8 am. Participants are requested to arrive by 7:45.

Fees: $15 Pre-Registration, so sign up early!
$20 day of race

Awards: All participants take home commemorative T-shirts, but only the top performers walk away with metal: trophies for the 1st male and 1st female finisher overall, and plaques/medals for 1-2-3 in all categories.
